We had an enjoyable stay at Tradewind 1204. The beachfront location was fantastic, great to easily access the beautiful sandy shores. Though there were a few minor inconveniences, the overall experience was pleasant. The hotel had ample parking space despite the initial issue with the parking pass. The security guard, while not overly friendly, did his job efficiently. it was a satisfying stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is situated right on the beach. Guests can easily access the sandy shores and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. Additionally, the rooms are comfortable with clean bathrooms and good service from the staff. The property also has a security guard to ensure the safety of guests.

The hotel seems to have a parking issue as mentioned in a guest's review. The management was not accommodating when it came to providing an additional parking pass, causing inconvenience and extra expenses for guests.
